Younes Nader

Younes Nader is a founder and commercial operator based in the United Arab Emirates. He builds ventures. He currently runs Dumat, a new technology venture at the pre-seed stage, and works with founders on the commercial and financial side of their businesses through advisory, operational diagnostics, and hands-on project delivery.

His independent analysis includes a bottom-up market-entry brief on Costco in the UAE and a board-level diagnostic of a $48M industrial-services business. He is the author of a solo systematic literature review on AI-driven decision-support systems and entrepreneurial cognition, synthesizing 32 studies under PRISMA 2020 methodology.

His operating experience includes leading the 40-person business, media, and marketing division of ISC Sharjah’s VoltStar EV motorsport team and building the end-to-end commercial operation for the 2026 UAE cycle of an international EV motorsport event. He is an incoming Business undergraduate, September 2026.
